Call-up of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review for the construction of a 652-square-foot addition to an existing 2,868-square-foot residence and the construction of 8 new agricultural structures totaling 9,646 square feet for a total non-residential floor area of 10,342 square feet. The application is submitted by Jeremiah & Elizabeth Mills Dancy (applicants/property owners). The proposal is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 10095 Empire Drive, in Section 9, Township 1S, Range 69W.
