Call up of the Director’s determination for Site Plan Review to deconstruct the existing residence, then construct a new 5,990 sq. ft. residence on a parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 3,750 sq. ft. The application is submitted by 6723 Jay Road LLC (owner) and Eaton and Margaret Scripps (applicants). The property is in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District at 6723 Jay Road, Section 14, Township 1N, Range 70W.
