Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket SE-21-0003: Ferwerda-Howard Boundary Line Adjustments
REVISED: Subdivision Exemption request for boundary line adjustments among three parcels - 146109000028, 146116000052, and 146109000027 - resulting in three newly configured parcels of 22.91, 19.84, and 24.48-acres, respectively.
ORIGINAL: Subdivision Exemption request for boundary line adjustments among four parcels of approximately 1.7, 23.2, 20.8, and 23.5 acres, and request to recognize one of the four, Parcel No. 146116000051, as a legal building lot. The proposal is submitted by Elaine Ferwerda and Ed Howard (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 5228, 5230, and 5554 Sunshine Canyon Drive, on the north side of Sunshine Canyon Drive approximately 3,000 feet east of its intersection with County Road 83 in Sections 9 & 16, Township 1N, Range 71W.
