Limited Impact Special Use review for earthwork/grading in excess of 500 cubic yard related to the creation and restoration of wetland and riparian habitat on an approximately 250-acres former gravel mine property along Boulder Creek. The proposal is submitted by City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks, c/o Adam Gaylord (applicant/property owner) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 8923 Valmont Road (Parcel #146518001001) and 0 N 75th Street (Parcels #146518001002 & #146518001003), located approximately 1/4 mile north of Valmont Road and 1/2 mile west of N. 95th Street, Section 17 and 18, T1N, R69W.
