Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0018: Vizzuett Vacation Rental
Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit a Vacation Rental with four sleeping rooms, to be rented up to 365 nights per calendar year on an un-subdivided parcel larger than 5-acres in the Forestry zoning district. The proposal is submitted by Victor & Molly Vizzuett (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 9 Canyon View Road, on the south side of Kelly Road West, approximately .6 miles south of Kelly Road West's easternmost intersection with Sugarloaf Road, in Section 33, Township 1N, Range 71W.
