Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0010/SPR-21-0097: Malinowski Residence
Site Plan Review request to construct a 2,268 square-foot residence, and a 1,056-square-foot garage where the presumptive size maximum is 2,500 square feet. The proposal is submitted by Joseph M. Malinowski and Denise Osmon (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 545 Caribou Road approximately 630 feet west of the intersection of Crestwood Court and Caribou Road, Lot 8 Beaver Valley Estates, Section 14, Township 1S, Range 73W.
