Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0009: McCay ADU
Limited Impacted Special Use Review for a 708-square-foot Agricultural ADU within a previously permitted 3,060 square foot barn on a 37.13 acre parcel. The proposal is submitted by David & Rhonda McCay, c/o McCay Estates LLC (applicants/property owners) and is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 1498 Marshall Road, located approximately 940 linear feet northwest of the intersection of Marshall Road and State Highway 170 on Section 16, Township 1S, Range 70W.
