Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0004/SPR-21-0059: Nelson Residence and Earthwork
Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 1,525 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork, and Site Plan Review for the construction of a 4,589-square-foot residence on a vacant 0.69-acre parcel with a presumptive size maximum of 4,826 square feet. The application is submitted by Upland Construction & Development LLC (applicant/owner) in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposal is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 1573 Linden Drive, approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of Linden Drive and Spring Valley Road in Section 14, Township 1N, Range 71W.
