Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-21-0013 Epstein-Vacation Rental
Limited Impact Special Use Review to allow a Short Term-Dwelling Vacation Rental for up to 365 nights per year and up to 6 guests on a 5.05-acre parcel. The application is submitted by Phillip Epstein (applicant/owner) and Katie McKillips (agent) in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposal is in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District, at 6940 63rd Street at the southeast corner of the intersection of Niwot Road and N. 63rd Street, Section 35, Township 2N, Range 70W.
