Request for Limited Impact Special Review for 2,470 cubic yards of non foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review to construct a 2,885-square-foot residence on an approximately 4.52-acre vacant parcel with a presumptive size maximum of 4,270 square feet. The application is submitted by Niq and Rachel Howard (applicants/owners). The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 149 Millionaire Dr. approximately 0.2 miles southeast of the intersection of Sugarloaf Rd and Millionaire Dr, Section 29, Township 1N, Range 71W.
