Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket HP-22-0001: McCaffree Cabin; Request for approval of a Boulder County Historic Landmark Designation of the cabin and garage; submitted by McCaffree Cabin LLC, in accordance with the Boulder County Land Use Code. The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 702 Klondyke Avenue, in Section 21, T1S, R73W of the 6th Principal Meridian.
