The proposed project is in the Forestry (F) Zoning District, at 285, 289, and 291 Broken Fence Road, Parcels #146128004004, #146128004006, and #146128004007, located approximately 1.5 miles north of the intersection of Boulder Canyon Drive and Sugarloaf Road, in the southwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 1N, Range 71W.
