Appeal under Article 4-1306.C of Director's determination Transfer of Development Credits are required for project. This appeal is heard by the BOCC. The proposal is submitted by William & Teresa Locke (appellants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 10901 Oxford Road, in Section 22, Township 2N, Range 69W.
