1. Public Hearing - Docket AP-21-0002: Milne-Marks – Appeal under Article 4-1201.A of the Land Use Code regarding the Community Planning & Permitting Director’s determination to waive Site Plan Review for SPRW-21-0018
   Request: Appeal of the Community Planning & Permitting Director’s determination to waive Site Plan Review, pursuant to Article 4-802.C.4 of the Boulder County Land Use Code, for a request to perform approximately 133.4 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for the replacement of an overhead electric transmission line along a 4.3-mile conductor segment between the NCAR facility and the Boulder Hydroelectric Plant (SPRW21-0018).
