DESCRIPTION:Join these open office hours to chat with Boulder County staff about the Climate Equity Fund. For this session\, staff with expertise in Built Environment and Electrification – Single Family and Manufactured Homes will be available. \nRegister for the online meeting. During these sessions\, prospective applicants may ask county staff from both the Climate Equity Fund and other sustainability and climate-focused programs to share their past experiences running their funds and reviewing applications. Staff can highlight common traits of strong proposals and explain why it’s important for applicants to align their ideas with the goals of the program. \nStaff will not give feedback on anyone’s individual project idea or application. While staff will provide links and helpful information based on existing resources\, it is up to each prospective applicant to develop their own project and prepare their own proposal.

SUMMARY:Amazing Grasses of Boulder County
DESCRIPTION:Boulder County supports an amazing variety of grasses. The grass family is one of the most important and common plant families\, yet grasses are often overlooked because some don’t regard them as very showy. But look closely and you’ll develop a new appreciation for these beautiful plants! Grasses provide critical food for people and wildlife\, prevent soil erosion\, and are heroes in the fight against climate change. \nRegistration required. Registration opens on June 20.

SUMMARY:Climate Equity Fund Office Hours: Built Environment (Virtual)
DESCRIPTION:Join these open office hours to chat with Boulder County staff about the Climate Equity Fund. For this session\, staff with expertise in energy efficiency in and electrification of homes\, apartments\, and commercial buildings will be available. \nRegister for the online meeting. Please note: you must register using this link and wait for an email from Zoom with the link to attend. Do not use the “add to calendar” button below\, as this will not register you for the session. \nAbout Climate Equity Fund Office Hours\nBoulder County will offer several office hours where interested community members can learn more about the Climate Equity Fund and the resources available to help applicants understand the application and the program.
