SUMMARY:BOCC Public Hearing - Parks & Open Space Real Estate Matters
DESCRIPTION:The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Parks & Open Space real estate matters on April 8. \nFlood Buyouts Dispositions\nFollowing the 2013 Flood\, Boulder County acquired private residential properties that had been severely impacted by the flood. Parks & Open Space proposes to transfer 14 of these properties to applicants who competed in a detailed public process to find private individuals and entities that will be best suited to own and manage them\, and to retain ownership of one.
