DESCRIPTION:Join volunteer naturalists as we explore the evolution of biodiversity in Boulder County over time. What plants\, animals\, birds\, and insects were present in 1720\, 1820\, 1920\, 2020? How do these changes compare to biodiversity evolution over much longer periods of time on the front range? What animals\, plants\, and life forms might we experience on a hike in 2120? How might we respond to these unprecedented changes and help protect and even restore some of our ‘more than human kin’ that share our Boulder County home?\nRegistration for most programs begins on the 20th of the month before the event. \nRegistration required. \nRegister \nRegistration is required through Discover Boulder County\, Parks & Open Space’s volunteer and event registration system. If you’re new to the system\, you’ll need to create an account. But it’s easy and we only use your contact information to communicate about events you register for. We will never sell or give your information to a third party.
