DESCRIPTION:PLEASE READ – This CHFA approved class will help you to determine how much home you can comfortably afford\, budget for the upfront and ongoing expenses of homeownership\, recognize how your credit relates to home buying\, understand the different mortgage financing options\, learn about real estate contracts and the loan closing process and become familiar with home inspections.  \nClasses fill up fast!   – We will NOT be serving food though you are welcome to bring food and beverages as well as go out to get food from the many area restaurants. – you will receive a certificate for completing this class. You must be present for the entire class – you will need a photo ID to obtain your certificate. \nThis is a CHFA Approved class and the certificate will meet lending and other program requirements – to be best prepared for a mortgage prequalification exercise\, it is helpful to have calculated ahead of time: – gross monthly income – minimum monthly debt payments (loans\, credit cards\, any borrowed money that you are making payments on) If you decide not to attend after registering\, please log back into your account and cancel your registration as this class can fill up quickly and there may be more people wanting to attend than we will have space for. \nREGISTER HERE \nLocation: \nWorkforce Boulder County – Boulder Office\n1333 Iris Ave\, Boulder\, 80304\nEntrance is facing Iris Ave. Public parking is available along Iris (south) side of building as well as on the Broadway (west) side of building.

Its primary focus is to review structures and sites for historic significance and to review building or development plans which might affect these resources. HPAB also reviews landmark applications and must approve building plans which result in the alteration of an historic landmark. \nEach HPAB meeting is a public hearing\, and at the beginning of each meeting anyone may address the Board with historic preservation concerns or questions.
