Boulder County Public Health creates a strategic plan every five years to ensure that we are using our resources according to community need.
Boulder County Public Health’s current strategic plan highlights the importance of three priority areas to the agency’s mission, to address social, economic, and environmental conditions in Boulder County to ensure that all people have the opportunity for a healthy life.
Those three priority areas for 2018-2022 are:
- Health Equity
- Mental Health
- Stewardship, Transparency, and Sustainability
During the current five year plan period, Boulder County Public Health will direct resources towards achieving progress towards the goals, sub-goals, and outcome measures laid out in the strategic plan.
