For the health and safety of our staff and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic, Boulder County Housing and Human Services has limited in-person assistance for the following services at two locations:

St. Vrain Community Hub, 515 Coffman St., Longmont (map)

3460 N. Broadway, Boulder (map)

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Services:

· Benefits Issuance by Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT cards)

· Eligibility interviews for emergency scenarios and for those experiencing homelessness

· Child support payments

· Assistance in other languages, including Spanish

· Family visitation

For anyone seeking to apply for supports including food assistance (SNAP), Medicaid (Health First Colorado), Child Care Assistance, and LEAP, you can use:

Colorado PEAK at Colorado.gov/PEAK
Apply for food, medical, and financial assistance using this secure online form
Recertify your food, financial, and medical benefits or make changes using this secure online form
the MyCOBenefitsmobile app (search your app store to find this)
Complete a paper application in English or Spanish and email to imaging@bouldercounty.org. This can be done either by scanning the application to us or by taking clear pictures of the individual pages and emailing the files to us.
Food Assistance (SNAP) only: Call Hunger Free Colorado for help applying at (720) 382-2920. Their offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
